Training and Support
When designing worksplanner our
aim was
1 To ensure the data base was robust and user friendly, requiring minimal accounting and
computer experience
2 To ensure the data base was easy to set up and maintain accurate records in order to save
administration time not increase it
3 To allow the user to customise the look and feel of their own system including
the screen colours, the ability to create multi service names and logos, for
example a company may have two or three trading names each one can have their
own logo and produce individual work orders and invoices
Once your account is set up our aim is to provide support and training by
1 Allocating a dedicated account manager for each user
2 Aiming to respond to
all initial requests for assistance within 24 hrs

Offering one to one training at our offices in Warwickshire for only £245.00 per
day.
Upgrades and Customisable Reports
1 All future upgrades, changes and improvements to worksplanner are included
within your subscription
2 If the reports within worksplanner do not suit the service you provide we
can provide bespoke reports exclusively for your need for further information
and an estimate of the charges please contact us
