There are no programs to install as all information is accessed via the internet using 128 bit encryption, and all data is backed up and stored on secure servers.

When a works order is raised it is automatically integrated within the employees calendar and allocated a time slot either as a single visit or as a repeat visit for example every 2 weeks for 16 occasions.


Invoice Management and Reports
Invoice management allows the user to

3 To print invoices as a batch
4 To print account statements
5 To produce aged debtor reports
6 To export invoice data as either a csv file or an excel file

Within the reports section the user has the ability to generate templates to print batch letters to one or all of your clients.
If you are a registered waste carrier the system will also generated duty of care notices covering the transport of waste from your clients site to the point of disposal
